Arlina holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration and is a certified Project Management Professional. They are trained in ToP consensus building, action planning, and focused conversations. Arlina serves as Sagebrush Project Manager & Admin Assistant supporting local, impactful work in the Southwest and beyond. She is passionate about and immersed in community-led solutions catalyzing positive local change. They enjoy the many opportunities to get out in nature and explore the Four Corners Region through cycling. Arlina is the founder of Impact Elevated.
