Introduction to Healing and Reconciliation:

COMMUNITY LEARNING JOURNEY
 
 

Join us in a virtual learning community as we plant seeds of personal, familial, and community reconciliation.
 

The Healing & Reconciliation Institute's Community Learning Journeys center community-based thinking for curious learners of all lineages. In exploring the ways intergenerational healing and harms present in personal, familial, and community settings, participants walk away with deepened understandings of healing and reconciliation, tools with which to be of stronger kinship to community, and Native-led teachings in support of unity, understanding, and peace amongst all Peoples.

Executive Director Connections

A PEER-SUPPORTED SPACE FOR LEADERS
 

Join us in a supportive peer community as we cultivate leadership resilience, share experiences, and strengthen our impact together.

We are hosting a monthly Executive Director Connection group for leaders of service-directed, people-centered organizations (non-profit and not-for-profit). This is a space for Executive Directors to connect, share celebrations and challenges, and engage in peer-centered support with others in leadership roles.

✔️ No cost to attend – Directors are welcome to drop in as their schedules allow.

“For the past 13 years I have been the Director of the Durango Chamber of Commerce. During my tenure I have had the privilege of working with numerous facilitators. When Sandhya Tillotson agreed to facilitate the chamber’s retreat this year I was skeptical we would be able to accomplish all the agenda items.  Fortunately, Sandhya was the right person for the job. Through her strategic planning, we were able to engage, reflect and set our goals with those responsible for obtaining them.  
Sandhya was professional and made sure we stayed on task. Her preparation was impressive as she “did her homework” maximizing our time together. After the retreat, her follow through was as impressive.  The board, staff and chamber membership will greatly benefit from a professionally facilitated retreat. I look forward to working with Sandhya as we develop our 3-5 year strategic plan.
