She founded Eagle Eye Consulting to help organizations, coalitions, and communities move from fragmentation to clarity—bridging bold vision with grounded action. With a background in international affairs, cross-cultural leadership, and community development, Audrey brings a sharp eye for systems and a deep commitment to human-centered processes. Her work blends strategic design, participatory facilitation, and values-based consulting, offering insight and structure to help initiatives thrive.
