Christine Perigen Fonner is a leadership development expert with over 20 years of experience. She holds a Bachelor’s in Education and a Master’s in Transformational Leadership and Change Management. Christine has worked in multiple startups, diverse educational settings, and with non-profit, government, and small businesses across the US. With extensive experience in trauma-informed and high-stress environments, she brings a unique perspective on leadership and communication.
Christine is a PhD candidate in Organizational Leadership with her research focusing on the impacts of toxic leadership on women in leadership. She is calling on leaders to acknowledge their responsibility for cultivating “radical care” in the workplace and her work focuses on supporting leaders in expanding their leadership practices rooted in love, accountability, and belonging. She is a firm believer that everyone is a leader, and through intentional practice and lifelong learning, leaders can cultivate space for building meaningful relationships and fostering organizational success.
