Lisa brings over 20 years of experience at the intersection of education, workforce development, and grant strategy. She partners with public agencies, tribal communities, and nonprofit organizations to secure and manage funding that drives equity, innovation, and long-term sustainability. Her work spans the full grant lifecycle, from identifying aligned opportunities to designing high-impact programs, building compliant systems, and evaluating measurable outcomes.

Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology from SUNY Albany and a Doctorate of Education in Instructional Leadership from Argosy University in Seattle, WA. She applies this academic foundation to craft grant strategies that integrate data, compliance, and storytelling, ensuring that resources not only fund programs but transform communities.
